Theme 2 - the (re)invention and (re)creation of practices in new contexts of adult education and learning;
Theme 3 - the emergence of civil society organizations (both NGOs and enterprises) as well as new State interventions in the field of adult education and adult learning;
Theme 4 - changes in social movements (both 'old' and 'new' social movements) which affect adult education and adult learning.
